Healing in Relationships is an invitation to create more self-acceptance through inner awareness.
The life you are living is not who you truly are.
Your relationships and behaviors, even the thoughts you think, are heavily influenced by your early childhood experiences and conditioning.
We operate on unconscious, adaptive, behaviors we learned early on, which causes us to recreate unhealthy and dysfunctional patterns that can affect all aspects of our lives:
The life you are living is not who you truly are.
Your relationships and behaviors, even the thoughts you think, are heavily influenced by your early childhood experiences and conditioning.
We operate on unconscious, adaptive, behaviors we learned early on, which causes us to recreate unhealthy and dysfunctional patterns that can affect all aspects of our lives:
A high percentage of the population has an insecure attachment style, leading us to become disconnected from our inner wisdom and sense of being. We become who our family systems create, who our culture and media influences, and we engage in roles that are riddled with expectations and limitations.
This is social conditioning, where we learn to respond in ways to keep us connected, even at our own expense. This can be a distraction from aligning with your authentic nature, which keeps you from expressing your values and true purpose.
Going inward to explore and discover the programming that is holding you back from expressing your true essence – from creating balance, stability, and fulfillment in your life – all starts with your own inner journey.
It’s not about controlling the world outside of you…it’s about shifting your perspective, beliefs and connection with yourself – then allowing those internal shifts to manifest in your outer world.
When you change inside, the world outside of you changes in response to your change.
We are taught it is the other way around – that we must change our external environment: our partners, our friends, our circumstances and situations to find happiness.
Happiness is created, internally.
“If only I had more _____, then I could feel better, be happy, be successful.”
That is an illusion, friends, and will leave you exhausted, frustrated and unfulfilled as you try to control people, outcomes, and opinions, by over-functioning and creating your life based on societal norms instead of your own internal callings.
If you find yourself feeling this way, it's ok – you are not alone!
You didn’t do anything “wrong.” In fact, many of us find ourselves on that road of surface-level living.
And maybe that has been part of the journey that has brought you to your true path – the one back to yourself.
In this course, we’ll journey together into the unexplored parts of your psyche, to recognize the patterns of behavior that make up your programming. You’ll have a new understanding of how these adaptive behaviors served you, and you’ll learn to go inward for answers and use healthy psychodynamic skills when those behaviors no longer work – so you can respond differently!
Which can transform your life in small ways, leading to bigger shifts.
Full of information and education on attachment theory, and practices to reconnect you with your inner wisdom to uncover the messages awaiting discovery from a place of deep knowing.
To guide you through the workshop, help you process, provide information to support your learning, and offer real skills to handle conflict, and dysregulation so you can stay balanced and focus on what matters most to you.
To help you recognize your inner wounding, dis-identify with it, and soothe your nervous system with a proven method to bring you out of the mind and back into your body. In this state of presence, you can consciously make choices that serve your sense of well-being. In this meditative field, you’ll experience a sense of underlying self-acceptance and compassion – a doorway to your truth.
You don’t need to have any special skills or be a certain kind of person to benefit from this course. Whether you are dealing with relationship conflicts, unmet needs, transitions, grief – or simply disappointments in your life – this course will offer a journey back to yourself.
Where all your answers can be found.
Trust the journey,
I’ll be here with you.

"Adrianne explains very real, quite complex and challenging aspects of ourselves in relatable, practical and fully accepting ways."
Something I loved and appreciated the most are the layers: science/evidence-based psychological knowledge, real life examples and descriptions of the normal challenges that can come up with each attachment style. That foundation then supports our journey inward, each of us into our own internal landscape of memories, insights and experiences. It's in this space where truly juicy wisdoms can be found, collected and understood within the whole context of our life experiences.

"From the very first moments in Adrianne's space, I felt seen and deeply understood."
Within just 10 minutes, I uncovered profound insights about myself and my attachment style that had been waiting to surface. By the end of our time together, I not only had a clearer understanding of who I am, but I also saw how my relationships with others could be more harmonious and intentional. Adrianne's gentle wisdom and guidance have gifted me the tools to approach my life with compassion and sovereignty. If you're even a little curious about working with her, start with her class—it is nothing short of transformational.

"Thank you, Adrianne, for creating such a safe, healing and insightful space."
Adrianne's workshop is a beautiful fusion of psychology, mindfulness, and practical spirituality. It provided a wonderful introduction to attachment styles, that sparked a deeper personal exploration of my own!
The highlight of this workshop was the inner child connection exercise, which brought valuable awareness, comfort and curiosity. I felt both nurtured and at peace!
